Who I AM

I have more than 15 years of accounting and advisory services experience. The majority of my career has been spent in public accounting with regional and top 10 certified public accounting firms and performing controllership services for small to mid-size companies.

I have advised clients in many industries that include, but is not limited to, commercial and residential real estate, professional services, medical practices, health care, not-for-profit, transportation, manufacturing and distribution and higher education. I work with startup and well-established companies with gross revenues up to $50 million.

I specialize in analyzing a company's accounting department and implementing improvements regarding its processes, procedures and staff job responsibilities. I am proficient in analyzing accounting staff's skill sets and provide appropriate training; manage all aspects of month-end close; prepare and analyze financial reports; prepare budget and cash flow analysis and discuss current and future financial outcomes with company leadership.

I received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Master's in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. I am also a long-standing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
